Meet Vilde Namork,
Founder of Back In Function
Hello, I’m Vilde, a Doctor of Chiropractic trained in England and currently based in Norway. I am also a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, and I’ve lived through back issues myself. I know how overwhelming and confusing pain can feel. That’s why I created Back In Function — to help people move better, feel stronger, and live without fear. 
My approach combines clinical knowledge with real-world movement understanding. I don’t believe pain should be a mystery or something you have to accept forever. Instead, I focus on function, movement quality, posture, breathing, and strength — because when your body functions well, it feels better.
